Steel panel water tanks from SBS can be used to store potable water (drinking water), effluent wastewater, leachate and process water. They can be installed as part of a water treatment process or desalination treatment plant.

    Unique modular design allows for easy transport to remote locations, limited site preparation requirements. Installation is done at a safe working height without heavy duty equipment by skilled teams. In-house project management ensure successful project outcomes.

    Corrosion resistant

    High-quality steel panels, coated with a specialised corrosion resistant alloy reduce the risk of corrosion. Tanks from SBS are fitted with an internal liner, made from durable and woven PVC, which prevents the liquid stored within the tank from making direct contact with the steel structure of the tank, reduces the risk of corrosion.

    Cost-effective alternative to concrete

    The modular design, ease of transport and installation, limited site preparation and infrastructure requirements of SBS Tanks makes them an ideal, cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to concrete reservoirs for water storage.

    Immediate commissioning

    On completion of installation, tanks can be connected to pipework from water source, commissioned (filled with water) immediately and are ready for full operational use and delivery of water to communities. No curing or waiting time required.

    SBS Solutions East Africa Limited recently completed the successful installation of two bulk fire water tanks for Kenyan Wine Agencies (KWAL).
